The Stock Photo Manager uses several external libraries, which are provided for usage
by other people/organizations. For these components the associated license conditions are
applicable which can be found in the directory extern. In detail these are:

The application is provided in two main license variants:
The free trial version may be used on any computer free of charge as long as no changes are made to the existing code, in particular, no changes which remove the limitations of the trial version.
The fully licensed version may be used on one computer initially. If the application is used only by one person it is permitted to install the software on several computers (for example a pc and a notebook). It is crucial that one license may only be used by one person at the same time. As a rule it is not allowed to give away the license key to another person or to publish it. A transfer of the license key is only permitted when another person wants to continue to use the software in future and the original licensee doesn't use this key anymore.
It is not allowed to apply any changes to the existing code. However, it is
permissible to add further language packs. As base the content of the file
stock-photo-manager-resources.jar can be used.
The free trial version can be distributed if the following requirements are met:
The software is provided as is. An execution in all application areas and situations without errors is not guaranteed. There is no liability for any resulting damages for example data loss.
